Voters will decide on two ballot proposals that would ease local restrictions on dispensaries and grow facilities in the city.
Meanwhile, the state of Michigan has a new licensing and regulatory structure for growing, transporting, and distributing medical marijuana. A new licensing board is trying to figure out rules for who can get a license and who can’t.
