State police say a 37-year-old man has been arrested after authorities discovered a large marijuana growing operation in a rural part of western Michigan.
Police announced Tuesday that a trooper investigating a separate incident noticed marijuana plants in plain view. Search warrants were obtained for two different homes and police say that they found dozens of mature and very large marijuana plants.
The bust happened in Oceana County’s Colfax Township. The suspect, from Holland, is expected to face a felony charge of manufacture or delivery of marijuana.
