FRANKLIN, Ohio (WDTN) – Two Michigan men were indicted by a Warren County grand jury Tuesday for drug trafficking.
Michael Johnson, 28, of Swart Creek, Michigan, was stopped by police on a traffic violation.
Officers say they found marijuana and marijuana laced butter in his car.
That stop was made May 15. Another man, Robert Vargason, 57, also of Michigan, was stopped a week later. Troopers say he too had pot-laced butter in his possession among other drug related items.
Both men are awaiting their next court appearance.
